079: When You Have To Eliminate Foods For a Chronic Health Condition and Have a Background in Disordered Eating - Tabitha Wills
Tabitha Wills (formerly known as Tabitha Lavoie) joins us again on The Fill Your Cup Podcast after gracing us with her presence in episode #5. This time, to talk about how she is supporting her health while living with a chronic health condition known as Hidradenitis Suppuritva without triggering her previous disordered eating.
Episode Notes
Tabitha is a smart, kind, and hilarious human who also happens to be living with an autoimmune condition. She uses her Instagram platform to share her journey with Hidradenitis Supprativa (HS for short) and to educate others about this less-commonly known autoimmune condition that affects the skin and hair follicles in your body, resulting in large, painful lesions that can pop up primarily wherever there is skin-on-skin contact. She navigates this while also having a history of disordered eating, which she shares openly on her platform. She is married to her best friend, Logan, and lives in London, ON.
