There’s likely no other time of the year you’ll come across as many people employing healthy habits than the start of a New Year. While I’m all for fresh starts, new beginnings and doing things to help you feel your best, fixating and obsessing about health can quickly lead you down a path of unhealthy habits. In some cases, as is often the case with nutritionists, health practitioners and health bloggers, we might see conditions like Orthorexia arise, which comes with a number of severe implications.
