From a young age, we’re taught that beauty = worth, and that our body quantifies that beauty. So if our body looks anything other than what someone else has deemed ideal, we punish our body, we restrict, we diet, and we hate on ourselves. We learn to not trust our own body. 

Megan struggled with body image and trusting her body and cycled through diets for 20 years before she came into the Intuitive Way For Eating program. Through the program, she unlocked secrets and had so many “aha” moments again that helped her trust her body and see that life is so much more than what we look like. “Our body and our beauty does not define our worth, and our body is actually our very best friend.” Megan is living proof that this reality is possible for you, too.
