Hi, I’m Rachel, and I’ve always had a pretty good sense of who I am.

Despite my evolution over the years, you can count on me for consistently being the one that suggests we all go skinny dip, or make up a fun dance or share our juiciest sex stories. 

Then, in May 2022, I burnt down my successful Food & Body Image Coaching Business and I completely lost sight of who I am and what I’m meant to do here in this life.

In my yearning to feel somewhat found, I did what many of us do when we’re feeling lost, and I tried to be like everyone else.

I turned down the volume on my expressive, spunky self and turned up the dial on being someone who I thought people would want to be around and invest their money in.

At the time, I didn’t understand why, but I can now see so clearly why:

- My bank account was draining
- I had ZERO desire to show up online
- I felt like sh*t

In hindsight, I’m able to see that I smothered the very thing that made people want to be around me in the first place – the thing that made me magnetic. 

Me.

Over the past year (and let’s face it – life time, to date), I’ve been on a journey back home to me.

And, while I lose sight of her at times (because life is a constant journey of forgetting, remembering, forgetting and remembering again), I can confidently say I’m now home to the truest version of me to date – and the results are showing for it.
