Initial Consultation (60-75 mins) – $140
This 1 hour session is all about you! During this consultation, we will assess your intake form, health history, diet diary and primary concern. At the end of this session, you will be given a comprehensive customized protocol which includes dietary, supplemental and lifestyle recommendations for you to implement as a part of your healing journey. Please note, this does not include a Meal Plan (see below for further details). It is recommended that we check in 2-3 weeks after your Initial Consultation to monitor progress, make necessary tweaks and ensure you are on the best path to vibrant optimal health!
Follow Up Consultation (45 mins) – $65
Follow Up appointments are booked on an as-needed basis to see how you’re doing with your new plan and lifestyle, help to hold you accountable, make any necessary changes to your protocol and set new goals to ensure you are on the most efficient path to vibrant optimal health. It takes 21 days to form a habit and “success” doesn’t happen overnight. Remember that you don’t go through life’s challenges on your own and that I’m here for you each step of the way. Please note, packages are also available for more extensive care at a reduced rate.
Private Grocery Store Tour (~60 mins) – $120
Confused and frustrated when it comes to navigating your way around your local grocery store? Not sure how to differentiate between what’s healthy and what’s not? Learn how to see past the label, understand ‘food marketing’ tricks, what products to buy and avoid, which products you should be buying organic vs. conventional, where to find the healthiest foods and how to eat healthy without exceeding your budget. This interactive tour is expected to be ~60 minutes and does not include the cost of groceries. Please also note this service is limited to the Port Credit/West Toronto area.
Meal Planning – $95
Get a customized 7-day Meal Plan catered to your unique bioindividuality, dietary needs and taste buds! Depending on your needs, Meal Plans can be developed to suit any or a combination of the following diets: hypoallergenic, vegan, vegetarian, paleo, gluten-free, dairy-free, sugar-free/candida, detox, anti-inflammatory or elimination. This can be added on to your package once you’ve had your Initial Consultation. Your dietary needs, wellness goals and personal preferences will all be considered when developing your personalized Meal Plan.
